Counseling & Psychotherapy for Women

As women, we often feel unheard, misunderstood, judged, disrespected, guilty or ashamed. The feminist in us wants to point our fingers at society, but as women and therapists we know that would be giving away all the power. We know for a fact that each and every one of us possesses the ability to take the reigns and change our lives - to let go of our pasts, demand the lives we want and start living them right away.

You can let go of the confusion and the pain. We'll teach you how.

Here is a glimpse into some common issues women come see us for.

Often times, someone will start treatment for something specific and then we realize there are additional factors at play. When this happens, you can count on us to stay with you and treat these things as well. Some of these include: difficult or traumatic childhood experiences, impacts of parental substance abuse, low self-esteem and so much more. If you're struggling with something not included here, please reach out and let us know what it is. We'll most likely still be able to help and if we can't, we promise to help you find someone who can.
